Job SummaryThe Loader is responsible for the timely and accurate loading of store orders onto trailers. This includes Truck Loading, Trailer Stripping (Unloading), and Non-conveyable Picking. You'll be part of a high-performing team that works together to ensure all stores are serviced according to daily schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Loading/Unloading: Inspect trailers prior to entering for condition and being properly secured. Verify that the correct merchandise is being loaded at the proper time using provided schedules, load sheets, and case or tote labels.
- Non-Conveyable Picking: Locate merchandise ordered, select merchandise from selection slots, apply bar-code labels, and place selected merchandise on pallets.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to frequently and repetitively lift up to 80 pounds, occasionally to 100 pounds
- Certification or ability to be certified on all equipment needed to complete job tasks

CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is between $17.00 and $25.65 per hour, based on experience, education, and location. Please note that actual base salary will depend on various factors, including those mentioned above.
