The company offers a competitive salary of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, including comprehensive benefits and a 401k plan with match.

Job Description

This is a full-time position requiring the candidate to be eligible to work on-site in Alcoa, TN, Lancaster, PA, or Davenport IA.

The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in manufacturing, with a minimum of 4 years in aluminum finishing. They will also have a strong background in process optimization, problem-solving, and technology transfer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize process equipment for improving quality and capacity
  • Solve equipment and process problems for Finishing processes
  • Develop and deploy best practices for different Finishing processes, assist in identifying improvement opportunities, and facilitate technology transfer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
  • Experience in manufacturing, with a focus on aluminum finishing
  • Ability to navigate Rockwell PLC's for troubleshooting

Travel Requirements: The position requires extensive travel, up to 50%, with a portion of the travel being international.
