Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrative Assistant to join our team at Collective Efforts Llc. This part-time/full-time role will provide you with a great opportunity to work on significant engineering projects in the Pittsburgh area.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee timesheets and expense reports
  • Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Prepare invoices and other financial reports
  • Monitor employee benefits and insurance
  • Ensure confidentiality of company information and personnel records
  • Support the Senior Financial Administrator with general office administrative tasks

Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or relevant business experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
  • Detailed-oriented and high level of organizational skills
  • Computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for communication with managers, staff, clients, and vendors
  • Team player
