Customer Service Representative

The Customer Relations Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. This role involves greeting and acknowledging customers, handling merchandise with care, and providing information and direction to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Securing all firearms brought into the store with trigger locks
Checking in all Vendor representatives and completing visitor log information
Supporting a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience
Greeting all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner
Handling customer merchandise returns and completing refund/exchange paperwork
Selling Hunting and Fishing Licenses
Administering incentive and reward programs
Remaining product knowledgeable and aware of advertised sales
Maintaining a clean and well-stocked work area
Following all Company Policies and Procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Ability to calculate figures and make change to customers
Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale register system
