At OMAKAI Sushi Doral LLC, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about our products and processes, and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our upscale casual restaurant.

Job Summary:
  • This is a full-time position that requires at least one year of bartending or serving experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have knowledge of sake, wine, and beer, as well as Japanese cuisine.
  • You will be expected to learn and memorize our entire menu, including food and beverage pairings.
  • Moderate tray handling and lifting (maximum 50 lbs.) is required, as well as standing for long periods of time.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus employee discount and flexible schedule.

About the Role:

  • Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments, and upselling.
  • You will also be responsible for conducting accurate weekly bar inventory and performing side jobs.
  • A positive and friendly attitude, as well as a professional demeanor, are essential for this role.
