Job Summary:

The University of Tennessee Medical Center seeks a highly skilled Neurosurgical Care Specialist to join our esteemed team. As a key member of our Comprehensive Spine Center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, identifying and prioritizing patient needs
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

- BSN or ASN degree from an accredited institution
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in Tennessee
- BLS certification, ACLS certification within 6 months, and NIHSS training during orientation
