Highly Skilled Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Trinity Health. As an integral part of our Radiology and Medical Imaging department, you will provide comprehensive administrative support with a high degree of discretion and independent judgment.
Key Responsibilities:- Independently prioritize tasks delegated by the Department Administrator and support the Radiology and Medical Imaging department to ensure smooth, efficient operations and maintain a high-performing department.
- Provide administrative support for residency coordinators, physicians, and other staff members as needed.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare meeting materials.
- Assist with onboarding activities for new physicians and radiology staff, including creating new hire binders and performing data entry.
- Draft and edit professional correspondence, announcements, and reports.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of previous job-related experience, with a preferred 6-10 years of experience in a similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus training acquired through work experience or education.
- Preferred: Administrative or technical background acquired through completion of 2-3 years of college.
- Excellent communication, organization, time management, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage projects with strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate computer skills, including experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
