About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Multilingual Territory Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at First Help Financial.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with auto dealerships in your designated territory. Your primary goal will be to educate dealerships on our services, prospect new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth for the company.

You will work closely with regional sales managers to develop and implement sales strategies, manage loan originations, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective auto dealerships in your territory.
  • Educate dealerships on our services and products.
  • Prospect new business opportunities through cold-calling and other means.
  • Manage loan originations and ensure timely payments.
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers to develop and implement sales strategies.
