Job Overview

At Walmart, we are seeking a dedicated Food Team Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of incoming merchandise to the sales floor, as well as creating seasonal display features that meet customer needs.

This position plays a critical role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for customers, while also driving business results through effective merchandising and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve high standards of performance.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25-$37 per hour, with opportunities for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for a range of benefits, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance. You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes.

Furthermore, you will have access to our education benefit program, Live Better U, which offers tuition-free programs up to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates.
