Account Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team at Sensis. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our account management team in the day-to-day activities of servicing our accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Support the lead project manager with planning and maintenance of project schedules, documentation, and risk identification and mitigation.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of account status, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Produce meeting minutes, conference reports, call summaries, and other client deliverables.
- Assist the account management team in day-to-day contact with client contacts.
- Manage client and internal timelines.
- Support internal and external meeting preparation, participation, documentation, and follow-up.
- Coordinate among agency departments and offices to ensure smooth development and implementation of campaigns.
- Communicate client needs thoroughly and effectively.
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Impeccable organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- High degree of flexibility.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Open, collaborative style of communication.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Can-do attitude.
- A passion for excellence.
- Spanish language proficiency a plus.
- BA degree required.
