Job Title

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Supporting the sales process and meeting sales targets
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Benefits and Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $31,200 - $32,640, based on a 40-hour workweek and $15.00 - $16.00 per hour wage. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants must be available to work some nights and weekends and possess a mature and self-motivated attitude. Previous experience in the craft or hobby field is preferred but not necessary.
