About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Operations Manager to lead our marketing, production, and creative workflows. This role will ensure that all creative resourcing, hiring, budgets, and timelines are on track to keep our marketing, creative, and production departments running efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have project management experience at an external creative agency or in-house creative team using modern project management tools like Wrike. They will be able to partner with marketing ops, production, and creative to ensure the right creative resources are available to support the roadmap; track resourcing allocations and make optimization recommendations to increase output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing ops, production, and creative to ensure the right creative resources are available to support the roadmap
  • Track resourcing allocations and make optimization recommendations to increase output
  • Lead and manage the process for onboarding and offboarding freelance creatives and proactively solving for creative needs and resourcing gaps
  • Oversee intake and project setup of all briefs in Wrike, our project management tool, and ensure that the project management system is up to date with resourcing and schedule changes
  • Partner with production, creative, and marketing ops to open and track budget line-items and tasks
  • Lead the process to onboard a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for global distribution and archiving
  • Drive collaboration and communication cross-functionally to ensure creative delivery is aligned with set timelines and briefs
