We make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families at our Tennessee location. As a Charge Entry team member, you oversee reviewing daily charges for completeness and accuracy, ensuring the revenue cycle process runs smoothly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review daily charges for completeness and accuracy
  • Identify charge form errors and make necessary corrections
  • Provide exceptional customer service through communication and active listening
  • Identify inconsistencies in charges and encounters
  • Accurately post charges within 24 hours
  • Meet deadlines
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A current Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification from AAPC or AHIMA
  • Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in a similar position and specialty billing is strongly preferred

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $62,000 - $85,000 based on industry standards and the Tennessee cost of living.
