Paper Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Paper Production Specialist to join our team at ProAmpac in Norwich, NY.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with end-winder operations of the paper-making process as part of the 5th Hand crew
- Support the beater room and machine crew during paper breaks to ensure optimum runnability
- Transport finished rolls to storage and prepare supplies for future use
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills and attention to detail necessary
- Able to work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work a 12-hour rotating swing shift schedule
- Competitive hourly wage scale: $20.69-$22.69
