Estimated Salary: $45,000 per annum (part-time)

The salary range is based on national averages and may vary depending on location, experience, and qualifications. As a part-time employee, you will work a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends. Job Description

As a Med-Tech at The Oaks, you will provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. This role requires kindness, gentleness, friendliness, and professionalism when interacting with our seniors. You must respect their dignity and privacy while providing exceptional care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
  • Answering patient calls and determining how to best help them
  • Ensuring residents receive appropriate diets by reviewing dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Med-Tech at The Oaks, you must possess:

  • A can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
  • The ability to work as a team and independently
  • Previous experience working with seniors (required)
  • A love for seniors
