Salary Information
We offer competitive wages from $26/hr to $29/hr DOE, with an additional $2.00 shift differential for night shifts only. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paycheck advances for financial flexibility, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and accrual of paid time off from day one. Additionally, various bonus opportunities are available to recognize your contributions.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess a current and valid Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State. As a LVN Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading by example, and promoting a culture that prioritizes compassion and excellence.
