Bio-Medical Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services to patients.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide diagnostic imaging services
- Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
- Process and transmit images to PACS, ensuring accurate and timely results
- Assist in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, under the guidance of radiologists
- Current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH, A.R.R.T. or N.M.T.C.B. Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology required
- One year of acute, clinical radiology experience preferred
- At least one year of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist preferred
- Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment preferred
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology required
- Graduate of a program accredited by ARRT
- Current BCLS (AHA) required
- Proficient computer skills
