We are seeking a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Virtual Primary Care team at Oscar Health.

This role involves managing a panel of patients remotely, providing continuity of care, collaborating with physicians, and using remote diagnostic tools. As a Bilingual provider, you will engage with Spanish-speaking patients and contribute to our mission of making healthcare more accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual primary care to patients aged 18 and above
- Manage patient schedules and provide continuity of care
- Collaborate with physicians on complex cases and escalated situations
- Use remote diagnostic tools, such as TytoCare and Butterfly, to conduct virtual exams
- Participate in collaborative care with virtual behavioral health specialists
Requirements:
- DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program
- Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC)
- Spanish language fluency (read, write, and speak)
- 3+ years of in-person primary care experience
- 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care
- Georgia and Texas state licenses
- Compact RN license (if an APRN)
Estimated Salary Range: $130,000 - $136,500 per year, plus benefits and performance bonuses.
