Clinical Social Worker Opportunity

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced mental health professionals to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to clients in need.

We offer a competitive salary package, with estimates suggesting up to $118,000 per year, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Our compensation package also includes paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, and additional bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical services to clients in need
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and ongoing monitoring to ensure optimal client outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Virginia. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
