Compliance Officer and Caregiver Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer and Caregiver Coordinator to join our team at Serenity Home Healthcare Inc.
This is a full-time position that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and tracking annual caregiver evaluations, uploading required documentation, and performing quarterly conference calls and monthly phone calls to caregivers.
In addition, this role involves assisting in training and onboarding new applicants, resolving caregiver complaints, and answering inquiries from applicants and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and track annual caregiver evaluations and uploads
- Upload required documentation, including TB questionnaires, influenza reports, and Hepatitis B information
- Perform quarterly conference calls and monthly phone calls to caregivers
- Assist in training and onboarding new applicants
- Resolve caregiver complaints and answer inquiries from applicants and caregivers
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
The estimated salary for this role is $ 55,000 - 65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
