In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad brush covering interior design-focused employees who are not NCIDQ certificate holders. This position is ideal for individuals fresh out of college who are working to fulfill the required employment hours to sit for the NCIDQ examination.

You will demonstrate solid design thinking and strong knowledge of design fundamentals as expressed by your college portfolio. Your ability to clearly present and explain a design concept to supervisors and peers is paramount. Having the ability to take direction from others and maintain a positive attitude is essential, along with being a self-starter and team player.

A strong desire to learn about and progress through the interior design profession is critical. You will possess good oral and written communication skills, and knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, the Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp/Rhino (or similar), Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement interior design projects
  • Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced work environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • LEED Green Associate certification
  • Local candidates are preferred

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • Relevant internship experience

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
