Haven Behavioral Healthcare is a leading provider of specialty behavioral health services. We are currently seeking a qualified Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee patient care in our hospital.

Job Summary:

  • Provide oversight and guidance to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Coordinate responses to incidents, errors, and sentinel events.
  • Serve as a resource to direct care staff and provide support to the Director of Nursing (DON) or Nurse Manager as needed.
  • Participate in staffing, staff education, and other activities assigned by management.
  • Provide direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary or assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program.
  • Active state licensure in good standing.
  • Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with one year of acute psychiatric experience and one year of management experience preferred.
