Your RoleAs a Client Experience Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing our brand and services.
You will communicate clearly with customers via phone, email, text, and live chat, providing expert knowledge of our services and internal management systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across various mediums.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure swift and accurate service delivery.
- Provide support to both clients and cleaning staff by identifying and addressing their needs.
Becoming a master of continuous improvement is essential in enhancing every customer's experience.
We seek a well-rounded team player who takes ownership of their work and possesses excellent communication skills.
- A strong ability to multitask and navigate multiple tabs and windows is necessary.
- Typing at least 50 wpm with accuracy is required.
Additional desirable qualities include:
- The ability to speak Spanish or French.
- Knowledge of NYC, Boston, Chicago, or Austin.
- Previous experience working in a call center environment or customer service role.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
