Job Description

At Lockheed Martin Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Middle Office Sr. Investment Trade Support Analyst to join our team.

The Middle Office Sr. Investment Trade Support Analyst will play a critical role in the Middle Office Operations department, responsible for supporting day-to-day margin management, collateral management, cash management, trading activities, portfolio reconciliation, and ad-hoc requests from the Investment Team.

The Investment Team actively trades various security types, both internally and via 3rd Party investment managers. The Middle Office Sr. Investment Trade Support Analyst will perform daily activities, including margin management, collateral management, trade confirmation, trade affirmation, trade reconciliation, and trade corresponding cash movements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support margin management and collateral management processes.
  • Perform trade confirmations and trade affirmations.
  • Reconcile trades and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with custodial banks, internal investment managers/traders, brokers, and fund administrators.
  • Oversight and Governance of 3rd Party Fund Administration.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of investment operations (middle office) experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Experience with trade order management and/or portfolio management systems for equities, fixed income, listed and OTC derivatives.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of MarkitSERV, DTCC, DTC.
