Job Overview

CATHEXIS is seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator/Analyst to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense, Personnel and Readiness (OUSD P&R) issuances and regulatory program. The successful candidate will provide administrative and analytical services, including processing DoD issuances, reviewing and editing documents, and coordinating with government staff and stakeholders.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DoD policies and procedures, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support for the OUSD P&R issuances and regulatory program
  • Reviewing and editing documents, including policy change proposals and briefing materials
  • Coordinating with government staff and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Supporting change management and communication efforts for the issuances portfolio
  • Providing technical support for the development and maintenance of the issuances and regulatory program

Requirements:

  • Active Secret Clearance or above
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional work experience in the DoD/Federal Agency space
  • Previous experience with issuances required
  • Demonstrated skills to perform all required duties
  • Ability to work responsibly and independently with minimal direct supervision

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in English, journalism, or policy
  • Experience with CATMS, TMT, EMT2, or Federal or military Task Management system
  • Experience working in or supporting the White House or Office of the Secretary of Defense
  • Familiarity with DoD manual for Written Materials
  • Experience supporting the military, Veterans Administration, or prior military experience
