Job Summary:

The Boat and ATV Sales Consultant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to customers in the marine and ATV department. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers to determine their marine and ATV needs and provide information to assist in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Work cooperatively with the Service Department to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom and ensure all products are presented in a professional manner.
  • Generate and manage leads and prospects in the CRM tool and participate in special events such as boat shows and parking lot events.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
  • Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and other associates.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers.
  • Ability to operate computer systems and Point of Sale register systems.
