Job Title: Licensed Insurance Sales Producer

Overview

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, plus commission. Additionally, we offer a bonus structure, 401k retirement plan, life insurance, and valuable experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
  • Customer Relationships: Establish strong relationships with customers and provide follow-up support as needed.
  • Customer Service: Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Requirements
  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty license and Life and Health license (must have or be able to obtain).
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, organizational skills, self-motivation, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, dedication to customer service, and ability to learn computer functions.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a team environment, multi-task, and provide timely activity reports to the agent.
