Competitive Compensation and Benefits Coordinator

As a Payroll-Benefits Coordinator at Grace Health, you will have the opportunity to jumpstart your career in healthcare. This unique role primarily involves assisting with payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
In this position, you will process bi-weekly payroll by maintaining accurate payroll information, collecting, calculating, and entering data. You will also verify employees' work hours and payments through our payroll system, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Your responsibilities will extend beyond payroll processing. You will be responsible for employee benefits enrollment, open enrollment, and administration. Additionally, you will assist with new hire benefit orientation and provide support with biweekly, quarterly, and annual payroll reporting.
You will work closely with various stakeholders, including employees and management, to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.
This role requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will need to effectively communicate complex information to colleagues and management.
We offer an attractive salary package that includes an estimated $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you can expect to earn up to 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO) in the first year.

- Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
We require an Associate degree; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Prior payroll experience is necessary for this role.
