This role is eligible for a quarterly bonus of $100 when working an average of 35 hours per week. The bonus is paid in the first paycheck after the quarter's end.

Essential Functions

  • Prepare orders from guest checks following company-approved portions, recipe specifications, and timing standards.
  • Properly store, date, and rotate food according to 'first in, first out' standards.
  • Follow proper cutting board standards to avoid cross-contamination and administer allergen programs.
  • Work collaboratively with others and assist team members as needed.
  • Stand and/or walk for 100% of the time.
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and frequently lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Work in temperatures exceeding 90 degrees.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor.
