As a senior architect (CA-licensed), you will join our dynamic and growing team in the Bay Area, taking a leadership position in our design team. This role requires a passionate individual with rich experience in high-end residential and commercial projects, including detailing and design philosophy development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of designers to complete technical documents, ensuring seamless project progression.
  2. Prepare, coordinate, and complete construction documents and packages, meeting project milestones.
  3. Oversee day-to-day construction administration activities, collaborating with contractors, owners, and consultants to maintain project progress.
  4. Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality work.
  5. Establish and execute project work plans and staffing requirements, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  6. Meet with owners and user groups to determine program and planning requirements, aligning project objectives.
  7. Collaborate with various teams to establish goals, schedules, and budgets, promoting cross-functional understanding.
Essential Qualifications
  1. Registered Architect (Licensed in California).
  2. 10+ years of experience in managing, designing, and detailing high-end single-family, multi-family, and commercial projects.
  3. Familiarity with San Francisco and Berkeley planning and building codes.
  4. Technical knowledge of high-end residential and commercial projects.
  5. Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
  6. Proficiency in Revit and Rhino preferred.
  7. Experience with AutoCAD acceptable.
