Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced irrigator with at least 2 years of irrigation experience and a clean driving record. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of our farming supervisor, performing various equipment operations to ensure proper irrigation is conducted.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Move sprinkler irrigation pipe, set up fields for irrigation, lay drip tape, pick up pipe on to trailers, weld drip tape, stack irrigation pipe, check and unplug sprinklers
• Workers may occasionally perform duties associated with and directly related to the primary duties, such as irrigation system installation and repair, and loading and moving boxed and bagged material

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Be able to work day or night shift
• Be able to stand or walk for long hours during winter and summer time
• Must be able to follow our Fleet Safety Policies
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to keep your hand and arm steady while moving your arm or while holding your arm and hand in one position
• Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience

• $16.00-$16.50 per hour
