Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Embroidery Specialist to join our team at CME Printing, Inc. This role involves operating embroidery machines, heat transfer equipment, and wide format printers in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in embroidery, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate embroidery machines, heat transfer equipment, and wide format printers
  • Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment
  • Perform quality control checks on printed materials
  • Packaging and shipping of orders
Requirements
  • Previous experience in embroidery or related field
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations
  • Familiarity with Windows, Dropbox, and Illustrator software
Working Conditions

This role is performed in a fast-paced production environment, subject to schedule and priority changes. The employee frequently stands, walks, and stoops, kneels, crouches, and must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and location.
