Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and refining giving priorities and practices in collaboration with our team and external stakeholders;
  2. Leading the Strong Families grantmaking program, including identifying and selecting grantees;
  3. Fostering partnerships with community nonprofits and industry peers to advance our mission;
  4. Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to our team and stakeholders.

A salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year reflects the complexity and scope of this role.
