Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

Adoration Home Health and Hospice is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient communication levels and determine the need for continued therapy services
  • Develop and implement personalized communication plans to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress and submit visit documentation per Agency policy

Requirements:

  • Master's degree as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP
  • Minimum of one year (1) direct patient care experience preferably in-home care environment
  • Current CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver license, and current automobile insurance
