Job Title: Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Haven Behavioral Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and quality of care
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited RN program
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Experience working in an ICU setting preferred
