Job Description:
The Automotive Quality Assurance Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Automotive Quality Assurance Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify any defects or issues
- Document inspection results and provide detailed reports
- Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Complete initial inspection and log of all personal property
- Stock units into the system complete with trim codes
- Make sure auction tags are attached to units being inspected on test drives
- Work as PSI or Arbitration inspector on sale days
- Work well independently as well as a team player
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Computer and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be able to keep a valid driver's license for the duration of employment
