Job Title: Office Engineer - Construction Quality Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Office Engineer to join our Fresno, CA team at Atlas Technical Consultants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

* Writing and reviewing reports to ensure compliance with Caltrans specifications and project requirements
* Organizing and maintaining documentation related to construction activities
* Performing periodic inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
* Using and interpreting Caltrans Specifications, codes, and project specifications
* Collaborating with team members to ensure effective communication and teamwork

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of construction quality experience with experience using Caltrans construction specifications
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
