At Le Rock, we are a 3-star, Top 100 NYC New York Times restaurant from Chef/Owners Lee Hanson and Riad Nasr of Frenchette and L'Veau D'Or. Located in the iconic International Building at Rockefeller Center, we are a modern French Brasserie with an emphasis on ingredient-driven food, all-natural wine, and cordial service.
Who We Are Looking For
- We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic line cooks with a passion for food and strong work ethic.
- Applicants will have great attention to detail and high standards of excellence.
- We are looking for people who are eager to learn and build their skills in the kitchen.
Job Requirements
- 1 year of culinary/food and beverage line position in a high-volume restaurant
- Good knife skills, plating techniques, and attention to detail
- Ability to learn and follow recipes to execute dishes and prep
- Ability to work in a team environment and take feedback well
