About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Agape Care Group. As a Nursing Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating personalized care plans, and communicating effectively with the care team. You will also have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients and their loved ones, making a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and create individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with the care team and patients' families
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their loved ones
  • Promote a culture of compassion and empathy within the organization

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
  • 2+ years of experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
  • Reliable transportation and ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift up to 25 lbs

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and location
