As a member of the esteemed Battery Team at Tesla, you will be responsible for driving innovation in the design and optimization of our revolutionary battery products. With a strong foundation in Finite Element Analysis, Finite Volume Method, and CFD, you will be tasked with analyzing and optimizing the performance of our battery systems.

To succeed in this role, you will require a deep understanding of the transportation industry and a proven track record of delivering high-quality analysis on complex projects. Your expertise in COMSOL, ANSYS-FLUENT, and STAR CCM+ will be invaluable in driving the development of our next-generation battery products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of manufacturing-centric battery pack/module designs with CAE and CFD.
  • Perform advanced CAE and CFD simulations to evaluate and enhance sub-systems and full product simulations.
  • Develop and apply advanced methodologies with smart analysis techniques to drive innovation into Tesla products.
  • Collaborate with other modeling and design teams to deliver high-quality analysis and design solutions.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in battery design and optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of Finite Element Analysis, Finite Volume Method, and CFD.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality analysis on complex projects.
  • Expertise in COMSOL, ANSYS-FLUENT, and STAR CCM+.

Compensation:
