We are seeking a highly skilled Test Engineering Manager to lead our test engineering team at Sanmina. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planning, development, and implementation of procedures for the testing and evaluation of standard and special devices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the activities of the test engineering team and make staffing decisions, training, and development plans.
- Specify tests to be performed, compile data, and make recommendations for changes required in testing equipment procedures, manufacturing processes, new testing requirements, and/or design of testing equipment.
- Recommend the purchase of test equipment and select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in test engineering

Preferred Skills:

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with test engineering tools and equipment
