Position Summary

As a Luxury Guest Experience Specialist at The Ritz-Carlton, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and unique. You will take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, and completing reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Empower guests to have a seamless experience, moving about the space to address their needs.
  • Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete reports in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Deliver exceptional service, ensuring guests feel valued and respected.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a passion for delivering exceptional service is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
