ENT/URO Team Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our ENT/Urology surgical services team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide pre and post-operative care to patients, working closely with supervising physicians to ensure seamless patient care.
The selected candidate will have the option of working full-time or part-time with a flexible schedule, providing the opportunity for work-life balance. Our competitive compensation package includes a base salary plus annual quality incentive bonus, generous CME paid time and allowance, paid time off with annual roll-over and opportunities to cash out, 12 weeks paid protected parental leave, opportunities for career growth, and 403(b) and Defined Contribution Plan retirement options with employer match.
To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an accredited program and certified or eligible for certification. Surgical experience is preferred. You will be licensed or license eligible in Delaware and work collaboratively as a first responder for calls and consultations from the floors and emergency department.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive base salary of $145,000 per year, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $160,000, based on market data and location.
