Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing the Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Program to support our Kentucky manufacturing plant. As a Mechanical Engineering subject matter expert, you will also oversee the Mechanical Integrity Program across all US Sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive Predictive Maintenance program, including vibration analysis, infrared, ultrasonic, and oil analysis.
  • Manage the existing Mechanical Integrity program, ensuring 100% compliance across all sites.
  • Coordinate corporate risk insurance audits and maintain databases for PdM and MI programs.
  • Evaluate equipment health using vibration data, lube oil results, IR, and Ultrasound data, as well as critical operating process data.
  • Analyze equipment histories, maintenance costs, and system failures to develop a refined asset management strategy.
  • Drive the Site Bad Actor Program and Metrics, providing relevant data history for root cause analysis efforts.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in predictive maintenance, data analysis, and database management in chemical/petrochemical facilities.
  • Excellent communication, self-motivation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel and perform field work, including testing and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint software programs.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications or minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Vibration Analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and ultrasound analysis are preferred. Proficiency in SAP CMMS is also beneficial.
