Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Phaeton Solutions in Richmond, VA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement network infrastructure solutions for large-scale networks.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize network performance, including monitoring and analyzing network capacity.
  • Collaborate with vendors to develop and implement network solutions, manage vendor relationships, and support agreements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data and telecommunications, including installing, testing, and inspecting deployed communications systems.
  • Experience in installation, maintenance, and support of critical, multi-site networks.
  • Knowledge of wire-line and wireless technologies, including fiber optics, T1, DS-3, MPLS, cellular/5G, CDMA, TDMA, VoIP, TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, IP networking concepts (subnetting, routing).
  • Intermediate skills in using Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Visio.
About the Opportunity

This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
