Job Title: NICU Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a NICU Nurse Specialist at Ambe Healthcare Staffing. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a Level 3 NICU setting, caring for neonates and pre-term neonates.

About the Job
  • Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and location.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in NICU nursing, with a strong background in patient care, ventilator management, and IV therapies. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Job Description:Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to neonates and pre-term neonates in the NICU setting.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and implement treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in NICU nursing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in NICU nursing.
  • Certifications in BLS and NRP.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
