Medical Support Specialist

Responsibilities- You will help with examining and treating patients under a physician's guidance, preparing them for medical procedures, tests, and x-rays.
- Prepare exam rooms, clean before and after procedures, disinfect equipment, and restock supplies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, helping them get ready for examinations and explaining their treatment plans.
- Collect data from patients, including their medical history, and document it accurately in their files.
- Monitor vital signs like pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height, and report any signs of physical distress to the healthcare staff.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary; candidates without certification must obtain it within 30 days of hire.
