Server - HuHot

Job Summary:

As a Server at HuHot, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Guests have a dining experience that exceeds their expectations. This includes assisting fellow team members, guiding Guests through menus, and delivering food and beverages with genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist fellow team members to ensure overall Guest satisfaction
• Guide Guests through menus and food line process while demonstrating thorough knowledge of our food and beverages
• Deliver food and beverages with a smile and a positive attitude
• Take accurate orders and partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed Guests' expectations
• Provide friendly and attentive service that makes Guests feel well taken care of and anxious to return

Personal Requirements:

• Must have an upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude
• Must be able to assist Guests and possess great Guest relations skills
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic Math Skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed
• Continuous use of hands and arms
• Continuous bending, reaching, and twisting
• Maintains strong personal image and uniform standards
