Job Summary

As a Cleanliness Specialist at Comfort Suites, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms. This is a temporary position open for the next 120 days, with possibilities for longer-term employment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist all guests in a sincere and courteous manner, going the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
Thoroughly and correctly clean and set up guest rooms according to Comfort Suites operational policies and standards.
Maintain clean and orderly carts and vacuum cleaners to maximize job efficiency.
Report all "DO NOT DISTURB" or bolted door rooms to supervisor to ensure guest safety and maximize guest satisfaction.
Organize storage areas to ensure the quality of the contents and to maximize job efficiency.

Requirements

Ability to accept directions and priorities from supervisor and reliably follow-through on tasks.
Ability to completely clean a guest room in 40 minutes or less.
Ability to perform job duties with a minimum of disruption to the guest.
Ability to be friendly and cheerful; interacts easily with strangers.
Ability to cooperate and support others.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Ability to safely work with cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals.
