About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Solid Tumor Oncology Unit at Mass General Brigham.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Assure competent, compassionate, individualized nursing care for patients
  • Delegate tasks to and supervise non-professional clinical and support staff
  • Collaborate with the Nursing Director and Patient Care Team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess an associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing, current licensure in Massachusetts as a registered nurse, and 3-5 years of medical RN experience. Preference will be given to candidates with oncology RN experience.
